I have shared that I received the Lifeplate vibration plate from Maxxus. I have used it for quite some time now, and am still very satisfied with it, so about time that I share how I use it! My main use is simply sitting on it for three to five minutes at low intensity 2-3 times per week, to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles (yes, after almost 50 years of life including giving birth to two kids, I do need this!)

But of course, you can train many muscles using a vibration plate. Here is a video that shows some examples.
