Although as a health coach I am fully aware of the important role of exercise for our health, I am not a big sports person myself. I prefer to get my exercise while growing food, hiking or cycling :-). As I know that I am not getting enough exercise that way, I am a fan of workout methods and routines that give a lot of effect in a short time to add to my day to day movement, like the vibration plate . One routine that I discovered two months ago, and am able to keep up at least once a day, is the Nitric Oxide Dump developed by Dr. Zach Bush

The Nitric Oxide Dump is designed to stimulate the release of nitric oxide, which can catalyze and promote health. Nitric oxide is a molecule found in the inner layer of your blood vessels. It acts as a messenger molecule that works its way into the smooth muscles and causes them to relax.

The Nitric Oxide Dump uses simple movements done in quick succession, providing benefits similar to longer workouts, but accomplished in just a very small fraction of the time. One session takes between three to four minutes. This workout does not require the use of any equipment, it’s a very economical way of achieving a healthier body.

Below you can see the four movements that the routine is build upon, Zach Bush shows how to do it on video on the page I linked above. If you need a gentler version, for example as a diabetes patient, this video shows an alternative.
