I have been reading a lot about the benefits of vibration training. By doing exercises on a vibrating plate you can train your muscles very efficiently, including muscles that are hard to control like your pelvic muscles! It is also stimulating the lymph flow. Since I didn’t want to travel to a sport studio that has i.e. the Power Plate, I looked which option would be a good choice for at home. I wanted good quality for a reasonable price, and after comparing many reviews, decided to buy the Maxxus Lifeplate 1.0. It came recently, and I have started using it. I plan to write again when I have a bit more experience with the machine and share my experience with it!
