When was the last time you talked with someone about your health and received the personal attention you deserve?
It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. My mission is to work with women who want to improve their families diet & health, while taking good care of themselves too. I help them to find ways to cook healthy, tasty meals, without spending hours in the kitchen. My program is not just about healthy eating, it is about finding balance in life!
I also offer my support to dig deeper, if you are dealing with a chronic health problem, like diabetes 2 or autoimmune diseases. There always many factors to your issue that need to be addressed. I can assist you in discovering the nutrition that supports your unique needs best.
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and your family. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

This is worth spreading…..Have you ever thought about it ❤️When you are alone and have a heart attack. What are you gonna do then ?Let's say it's 5:25 pm and you're driving home after an unusually hard day's work.2. You are really tired and frustrated. All of a sudden your chest pains. They are starting to radiate in the arm and jaw. It feels like being stabbed in the chest and heart. You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital or home.3.Unfortunately you don't know if you can make it..4. Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself.5. How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.6.But you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly! Deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.7.Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs and coughing movements boost the heart and blood circulation. Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat. Here's how cardiac arrest victims can make it to the hospital for the right treatment8. Cardiologists say if someone gets this message and passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.9. FOR WOMEN: You should know that women have additional and different symptoms. Rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. Often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue. Instead of posting jokes, you're helping save lives by spreading this message.❤️ COPY (hold your finger, click on the text and select copy, go to your own page and where you normally want to write, select finger again and paste) ... gokhalemethod.com/blog/how_to_fix_a_tight_psoas?# This is a very insightful article from Esther Gokhale about the psoas muscle, which main job is to contract and pull the thigh up—as in walking, running, and climbing, for example. In most people this muscle is short and tight, which can lead to back problems. The Gokhale method teaches how to walk in a better way, which will lengthen this muscle. At the bottom of the article there are several free online workshops listed. I am looking forward to having my teacher Julie Johnson return to Basel in 5 weeks, to teach a weekend fundamentals course that I strongly recommend, course details here: gokhalemethod.com/civicrm/event/info?id=12447&reset=1... I am very much looking forward to the results the clinical study at Stanford on the effects of the Gokhale Method on backpain! My own Gokhale Method journey is still ongoing, I have been studying it enough that my brain knows what my body should do, but that is not the same as getting my body to apply it all the time! I don't suffer from backpain, but my weak point are my shoulders, so I do try to keep my shoulders more posterior, as described in this recent blog post: ... See MoreSee Less
